When you hire a makeup artist you are doing so to ensure you look your very best for your pictures, event or special occasion. Pro Makeup Tip 1. Good Skin Care Routine

Your makeup will never be a 10 in your skincare is a 2! It is the canvas you are building everything else on. A good skin care routine is essential to this process. At the minimum you should be cleansing and moisturizing your face twice daily!  You should also ensure you are using products that are formulated for your skin type. If you have oily skin, you should use gel based cleansers and moisturizers and if you have dry skin, find a cream based formula.


Pro Makeup Tip 2. Expert Foundation Match

According to an Ipsos survey as many as 90% of women are in the wrong shade of foundation. Lets be honest. most women choose their foundation standing under florescent lights in front of a giant wall of products that all say the same thing. Its no wonder this statistic is so high! You can be in the 10% that are confident your foundation is perfect for you.
